About us.
Kathy Stevens has worked with children and families since 1973 and is a qualified Social Worker. For the past 16 years Kathy has been developing the work of an Integrated Centre, which became an Early Excellence Centre in 2001 and more recently a Sure Start Children's Centre.Recognising, that in many cases using shared, interactive and practical resources can be the most effective way of helping others to express themselves, she set about trying to find some. Unable to find the things she needed, she decided to devise her own! Her resources (now collectively ‘Interactive Solutions’) are therefore developed from working in real situations. The resources were so successful that she realised the benefit for other workers and families and so decided to have them produced professionally.
APS Marketing & Consultancy has since taken on the development and production of these resources under the collective heading of INTERACTIVE SOLUTIONS.
The Resources
All of the resources in the 'Interactive Solutions' range have been designed by a Childcare professional, to be used by anyone, working with children and adults, who is committed to helping others to communicate meaningfully.All resources have been designed to be:
